Outdoor Resorts at Orlando, Inc. Minutes of the Board of Directors Emergency Meeting Friday, April 23, 2010 10:00 a.m. in the Upstairs Clubhouse
I. Pledge of Allegiance: The meeting was opened with a Pledge of Allegiance
II. Call to Order: President Powell called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.
III.Roll Call and Determination of Quorum: Present: Bousquin, Classon, Hamilton, Piette, Powell. On speaker phone : Boturla, Howerter, Traverson . Martin came on speaker phone at 10:04 a.m.
IV. Business:
The president explained the OSHA penalty. Original Penalty of $14,000.00. Proposed Penalty of $7,000.00. Reduced Penalty for informal settlement of $5,250.00 Homeowners Spoke: Lot 532 Ron Honeyager
Motion by Piette, seconded by Hamilton to pay OSHA the $5,250.00 out of the Contingency fund account 811. For Boturla, Classon, Hamilton, Howerter Martin, Piette, Traverson and Powell. Against Bousquin. Motion Passed.
In Attendance: 27 + Unit owners.
V. Adjournment: At 10:11 a.m., Motion by Hamilton, seconded by Bousquin, to adjourn the Meeting. Motion unanimously passed by Voice Vote.
